Deposit

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your treatment total.

Appointments

Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without forfeiting your deposit. A new deposit may be required for late changes, missed appointments, or rebooking.

Suitability

All treatments are subject to a suitability assessment. Booking an appointment does not guarantee treatment can proceed.

Full booking policies will be provided for review before confirmation.
